When the organizing committee receives all of the papers, they will be forwarded to the expert group to be evaluated. The excellent ones will be published in the proceeding for the Forum. And the author will have an opportunity to make a speech in one of the seminars.

  4. Please add Chinese abstract when submitting the draft.
  5. Please submit Chinese and English paper when submitting the Final Papers (at least add Chinese abstract).
