Application:

• The corporations that intend to participate in the exhibition will have to fill in the “Exhibition Registration Form” printed by the organizing committee.
• After receiving the registration form, the organizing committee will post the contract by mail or fax.
• The total booth rental must be made in one sum by a bank telegraphic transfer in a week after signing the contract; otherwise the booth may not be reserved.
• The corporations should submit the “corporation’s briefs” of Chinese and English to the organizing committee by e-mail before August 31, 2007(no more than 200 words).
• After receiving the corporation’s briefs, the organizing committee will publish them in the website www.cvs-expo.com within 10 days.
• Within two weeks after receiving the booth rental, the organization committee will post the “Confirming Letter” by mail, together with the brochure of the exhibition which includes the exhibition, transportation of items on display, booth building, exhibition notice, boarding, services, advertisements etc. The corporations should fill in the related forms in the brochure, and feedback to the organization committee before the deadline.
