北京清能华通科技发展有限公司是为了响应国家自主创新、加速科研成果产业化进程的号召，在科技部、北京市政府、清华大学的大力支持下于2004年7月成立的从事新能源与节能交通技术研发及产业化的高新技术企业，是北京清华节能与新能源汽车工程中心的产业化实体。
目前公司已在多种类型电动汽车整车设计、新能源动力系统研发、汽车电子控制系统开发等关键技术方面取得重要成果，并拥有支撑上述研发与产业化工作的高素质团队，以及系统化的、具有国际先进水平的开发环境。公司建设的北京国际新能源交通示范园及中国第一座车用加氢示范站，承担了国家高技术研究发展计划（863计划）“燃料电池城市客车示范车开发与试验运行研究”项目、“可再生能源制氢及HCNG城市客车研发”项目，负责了中美、中欧、中加等新能源汽车及相关技术的国际合作事务。
公司现有员工100余人，其中高级职称人员37人，主要领导及骨干都有国外求学、工作的经历或博士学位，且都具有相应业务的实际操作和管理经验。
Supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology China, People’s Government of Beijing Municipal and Tsinghua University, SinoHytec was set up in July 2004 regarding the national policies of self-innovation and accelerating industrialization of R&D outputs. It is a high-tech company focusing on R&D of renewable energy and energy saving transport technologies forward for industrialization. SinoHytec Co.,Ltd is the enterprise of Saving Energy and Renewable Energy Vehicle Engineering Center for Tsinghua University.
Currently, SinoHytec has obtained many significant outputs of key technologies including various categories electric vehicle design, R&D of renewable energy power system, development of vehicle electric control system etc. The company has high-quality group and provides a systemic and international advanced platform to support the R&D and industrialization. The Hydrogen Park for Renewable Energy Transport and the first hydrogen refueling station in China installed by SinoHytec carry out “The R&D and Demonstration Operation Project for Fuel Cell City Buses” of National High-tech R&D Program (863 Program), “Hydrogen Production by Renewable Energy and HCNG City Bus R&D Project”, while is responsible for the international collaboration between China-U.S., China-Europe, and China-Canada renewable energy vehicle and related technology.
The company has more than 100 staff, 37 people with senior title. The leaders and staffs have the management experiences who obtain Doctor Degree or the experiences of study/work abroad.
