北京中科易能新技术有限公司（简称中科易能）由中国科学院电工研究所为主体组建的高新技术企业。
中科易能以出资单位的科研成果为基础，立足节能与新能源汽车用电机及其驱动系统的研制开发。中科易能以市场为导向使产品辐射节能与新能源汽车及相关领域，建成了具有自主开发能力、试制能力的高科技型公司。
中科易能研制的电机及驱动器系统功率范围覆盖了3-80KW。采用了永磁同步电机和正弦波驱动形式，结果形式有普通型、扁平型和外转子型。

Basing on the scientific research products provided by the investors, established on the industrialization development of electric machine and its drive system, extending the products to cover EV and related fields, e-Power is targeting on making itself high–tech company which has the capability of development, and integration.
